La nueva edición del renovado EXTREMUSIKA tendrá lugar del 1 al 4 de mayo de 2019 en el Recinto Hípico de Cáceres. De momento se han confirmado algunos nombres como LA PEGATINA, GATIBU, SONOTONES, STRAVAGANZZA, HORA ZULÚ, LA SEÑORA TOMASA, DESAKATO, ZEA MAYS, ANGELUS APATRIDA, LA FUGA o KAÓTIKO entre otras.
